The Photographic Society of Madras, founded in 1857, is one of the oldest photographic clubs in the world. With a legacy spanning over 160 years, the society has been nurturing generations of photographers, adapting to the changing media landscape, and promoting the art of photography.
Confluence 2026 is one of the society’s most prestigious annual programs, showcasing the work of its members from around the world. The exhibition also pays tribute to two senior members, Ramanidharan R and Vivekanandan PA, who have made significant contributions to the club over the years.
