Major Changes Announced for Upcoming Brahmotsavams
In a significant move, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has decided to cancel several special services during the Salakatla Brahmotsavams, a 9-day festival honoring Lord Venkateswara, scheduled from September 15 to 23 in Tirumala.
Arjitha Sevas and Special Darshans Affected
The suspension includes prominent Arjitha Sevas such as Astadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva, Tiruppavada Seva, Arjita Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, and Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva for the entire duration of the festival.
Furthermore, the TTD has announced the cancellation of special darshan privileges for certain groups, including senior citizens, physically challenged individuals, parents with infants, Non-Resident Indians, and donors, during the Brahmotsavams.
The TTD has urged devotees to be aware of these changes and plan their visits accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during the festival period.
